All products are designed and produced in Berlin using responsible materials.



ESSAI Modeste focuses on made-to-order pieces produced in limited quantities of a maximum of 50 items per design. Each piece is numbered and handcrafted in Berlin. The materials used are deadstock fabrics sourced from across Europe. The color and texture of each item may vary depending on availability. This intentional sourcing ensures that no surplus fabric is ordered, allowing us to avoid overproduction and reduce waste. Modeste celebrates thoughtful consumption, offering timeless pieces made with care and precision.

ESSAI Suture is based on upcycling practices and dedicated to experimental designs. Each sample is unique and available for rental or purchase. Custom versions of these pieces can also be produced upon request.

ESSAI Dust offers pieces born from the spontaneous sourcing of deadstock and second-hand materials in extremely limited quantities. To further our commitment to intentional craftsmanship, we also repurpose our own fabric leftovers to create exclusive, thoughtfully designed garments.
